This interactive, “Choose Your Own Adventure”-style digital destination/resource aims to increase participation in our elections among the second largest and most ethnically diverse generational demographic in the U.S.: Gen Z.
Every election cycle–national and local–is critical to our country’s democracy so I created VotingTogether.com to uplift voices and galvanize participation at the ballot box among our youngest first time voters.
The site explores a wide range of topics, from the history of discriminatory policies disenfranchising voters to what makes the youngest generation of voters so powerful, and much more. It was awarded a 2023-2024 fellowship from the AAPI Civic Engagement Fund’s Creative Catalyst, a biennial recognition of five artists creating work to address critical issues and activate civic engagement.
