In the fast paced kids fashion industry, art direction goes beyond managing a team. It involves researching and interpreting constantly shifting trends, predicting customers’ changing tastes, and innovating new techniques and workflows to stay ahead of the competition. Also:  critters doing quirky things. A lot, a lot, a lot of critters doing a lot, a lot, a lot of quirky things.

At Old Navy, I led a team of graphic designers and illustrators to partner with merchandising, production, and marketing teams to create hundreds of graphics every season. During my years in the role, our cross functional collaboration grew youth graphics to be a top performer and help drive a 10 billion dollar business making Old Navy the #1 graphics brand in their marketplace.
